We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscription plans. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days, you can request a full refund.
By using PRODOXY services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
Our subscription refund policy varies based on the type of subscription and timing of the refund request:
Full refund available within first 14 days of subscription for annual plans
Monthly plans: Refunds calculated based on unused days
Refund available within 30 days (subject to fair usage policy)
Refunds for additional services (AI tools, premium features, etc.) are handled as follows:
Full refund if service is unused within 7 days of purchase
Refund based on work completed (up to 50% cancellation fee)
Full refund if cancelled 24 hours before scheduled session
Once AI tools or premium features have been used to process data or generate content, they become non-refundable as the service has been rendered.
For products sold through PRODOXY stores, refund policies are set by individual store owners. However, we provide guidelines and tools for our sellers to create fair refund policies:

You can cancel your PRODOXY subscription at any time through your account dashboard:
Subscription access continues until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be applied.
Turn off auto-renewal to prevent future charges while maintaining access until the end of your current period.
Store data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. You can reactivate your account within this period to restore all data.
