Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscription plans. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days, you can request a full refund.

By using PRODOXY services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Subscription Refunds

Our subscription refund policy varies based on the type of subscription and timing of the refund request:

Once AI tools or premium features have been used to process data or generate content, they become non-refundable as the service has been rendered.

For products sold through PRODOXY stores, refund policies are set by individual store owners. However, we provide guidelines and tools for our sellers to create fair refund policies:

Each PRODOXY store owner sets their own refund policy for products sold through their store.

  • Return shipping policies

PRODOXY Buyer Protection

We mediate disputes between buyers and sellers to ensure fair resolution.

5. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your PRODOXY subscription at any time through your account dashboard:

Immediate Cancellation

Subscription access continues until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be applied.

Auto-Renewal Cancellation

Turn off auto-renewal to prevent future charges while maintaining access until the end of your current period.

Data Retention After Cancellation

Store data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. You can reactivate your account within this period to restore all data.

6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

If approved, refund is processed immediately

Funds appear in 5-10 business days based on payment method
